Fractions and healthy eating in Year 3 (wc 06.05.13)

This week we have been looking at fractions of different amounts, we have counted camels, penguins and multi-links, made pretend pizzas and calculated halves and quarters.

We have also continued with our topic and looked at how balanced our lunches are, learning how different foods help us grow and keep healthy.  Make sure you ask the children what a balanced meal looks like!
