Year 4 make the news!

OnYr4CourtyardGazettece again, well done to our Year 4 pupils, who have hit the headlines with their fantastic ‘courtyard’ project. We’re really proud of them 🙂

Snow Plan

In the event of snow, we will make every effort to open and will text all parents/carers to let you know of our intentions as early as we can. Our website will be updated regularly, but in the first instance please see the Hampshire Council Council website.

We cannot guarantee that pathways into school will be clear or safe, so please take great care when walking on the school site. The Junior School gate leading onto the playground will remain locked during snowy weather. Entry will be via the Infant School gate further up the hill, or from Upper Chestnut Drive.

You can find our full snow plan here.

Class Learning Zones

Our class pages are updated regularly- have a look below!

The way sports day was organised; it went very well. The older children really looked after my child when she got upset, great teamwork.

Park and Stride

Please avoid parking on the roads in the immediate vicinity of the school. The volume of cars can make it impossible for emergency vehicles to get through and dangerous for pedestrians. Why not park a little distance from the school and walk the rest of the way? Our park and stride map shows some of the options (click the map to see it full size).

What snacks are allowed at break?

Did you know?

Walking, cycling and scooting (or even roller skating) to school are great ways to build regular physical activity into young people's lives.  Research shows that those who travel to school actively take these positive behaviours into childhood.
