Safeguarding - gates around school

Dear Parents and Carers,
As a school we have a responsibility to keep children safe. In order to minimise the number of adults coming onto the school grounds, we will not open the school gates until 3:10pm. Year 6 are based in the modular building (on the playground), there may be children taking part in PE lessons or other groups around the school.
There is a new gate on the pathway between the infant and junior school (located by the bin sheds) to assist us in keeping the junior site secure. This will also remain locked until 3:10pm.
To help us keep your child safe, please do not to enter the school grounds via the Nursery gate until 3:10pm.
