Our amazing choir sung their hearts out at the Anvil this afternoon! They joined around 100 other children in singing a variety of songs, as well as with the Hampshire Youth Orchestra. The Kings Furlong Junior Choir were the largest! It was simply brilliant, and we are so proud of our pupils. A huge thank you to Mrs Chapman and Mrs Brace for making it possible, and Mrs Wang for helping on the day. Listen to the songs below- not quite the quality of the real thing!
Well done to our 12 Young Interpreters, who took part in a Hampshire Conference today. Many of them took home a medal that was awarded to children who were notably ‘Striving for Excellence’; some children got more than one medal! They were all polite, well mannered and tried their best at all the workshops.
They were a real credit to our school, and we are so proud of them. Thank you to Mrs Brace and Mrs Hunt for making it all possible.
We’re aware that some of our pupils use social media websites like Facebook or Twitter, particularly from a mobile phone or tablet. We’ve put together a brief guide to make our parents aware of the potential dangers of the sites. You’ll also find some advice about what you can do should you or your child come into difficulties. Whilst we don’t want to scare anyone, we do find that sometimes parents just aren’t aware of the issues that can arise. Please do ask should you have any questions.

We're thinking about team work, which is fitting with the World Cup getting into full flow! We hope you are enjoying it as much as we are.
