The week ahead at KFJS
This week at KFJS, we’re thinking about our learning behaviour of ‘reflection’. We want our pupils to continually improve in all areas of life, and this requires a great deal of thinking on what’s been done before.
Don’t forget that children need to be reading 5 times a week, and also bring their reading log into school every day. Break times will be lost if not (that’s how important we feel reading is!)
Monday: Singing Assembly (moved from Tuesday!)
Tuesday: Mr Applegate’s assembly will focus on Martin Luther King Jr, and how reflection led the way to success for equal rights
Wednesday: Learn how to support your child’s reading at home by coming to a brief meeting at 9:10am in the hall. At 2:40pm in the hall, there is a meeting for parents about the recent Ofsted Inspection.
Friday: Celebration Assembly!
