A Community Food Pantry is open at Westside Community Centre on a Wednesday morning. It's a scheme that aims to help people make their money go further by reducing food shopping bills, providing advice and developing new skills. To find out more, pop down on a Wednesday!
Parents/carers of children between the ages of 5-19 years old can use a new text advice service from School Nursing. Text your message to 07507 332417 (charged at normal rate) and the school nurse will reply within one working day. They can offer advice and support about general health and well-being issues such as behaviour, toileting, sleep and healthy lifestyles. They will be able to signpost to other services if necessary. The service is available Mon-Thurs 9.00am - 4.30pm and Fri 9.00am - 4.00pm.
