Next term the children will be learning about different jobs and careers that people have. This will help them to understand how important their education and their learning behaviours are for their future as well as the opportunities there are for them.
Engineers, bankers, lawyers, insurers, marketing executives, scientists, business people, trade unionists, environmental engineers, childcare providers, builders . . .

Well done to our choir who sang so well at QMC on Sunday afternoon, and helped raise money for a local cancer charity! They should be very proud of themselves!

Monday – Choir practice after school
Tuesday – Guitar rehearsal this morning. Young Carers to Pantomime.
Wednesday – Christmas Assembly with Gary Bastin – 9:20am- refreshments served, parents welcome!
Thursday – Carol Concert Rehearsal 9:15am. Parents welcome. 6pm Carol Concert for parents and families of participating children only. No homework club.
Friday – Christmas Market – Grand opening at 9.30am (refreshments from 9am). Parents invited! Market finishes around 11am. School finishes at 3.15pm as normal- children must be picked up after school.
Mr Hanson leads our assembly on Monday about team work. He’ll be asking the children to think about how they can best work as a team in the run up to the Christmas Market!
On Tuesday, 4B are visiting the QMC science centre. Year 5 parents are also invited to see their news reports at 2:30pm. Year 4 music concerts are on Wednesday- 2pm for 4B and 2:45pm for 4PJ. Friday is our school Christmas Dinner! This can be ordered on the day. Have a great week!

Our Christmas Market is on 19th December at 9.30 am. Come along to join in the Christmas fun and see all the homemade crafts the children have been working on. There will be performances from choir, guitars, keyboard, ballet and more. We look forward to seeing you there!
