  • Understand your child’s emotional health

    Mon 23 Nov 2015

Would you like to understand your child’s emotional health more?! Come and listen to our school nurse talk about this on Friday!

    ‘Healthy Mind, Healthy Body’

People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their emotions and their behaviour. They are able to handle life’s challenges, build strong relationships, and recover from setbacks.

Just as it requires effort to build or maintain physical health, it is just as importance to look after our emotionalhealth.

Friday 27th November at 9-9:30am with the School Nurse.

Come along for coffee and refreshments and receive helpful advice in supporting your child!
